Perbedaan kandungan klorida pada teh celup asli(black tea) dengan teh seduh asli dan teh celup hijau dengan teh seduh hijau melati
Tea is beverage that is well known by the public and most widely consumed, which is harmful packing paper bag that use bleach chemicals made from concetrated chloride compound. Purpose of this study is to distinguish the cloride content of the original tea bag tea makers with original and jasmine green teabags with green jasmine tea makers.
Research used in scientific papers are pre-experiment with desain is used postest only design. Data collection qwas done by sampling, documentation and isnpection. Population in this study is the tea, the sampel used isthe original teabag (black tea), jasmine green teabags, tea makers and native jasmine green tea brewed with doing 3 times replicationin any kind of tea and a large sample of 12 samples. Data were then analyzed using a statistical test independent sampel t-test in SPSS.
Research on prenatal chloride on the original teabag of 1,076 mg/l, the original tea brewed by 0,525 mg/l, jasmine green teabag at 1,574 mg/l, jasmine green tea brewed at 0,627 mg/l. Of the result of statistical test independet sample t-test result obtained sig (p)
For recommended taht consumers are more careful in choosing the type of tea. Although this type ot tea bag is more practical for consumtion. If you should not consume teabag, teabag dipped more than 3 minutes for tea packaging containing chloride can damage the quality of the tea it self.
