Tuberculosis is infection that caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis bactery. The spread happen throught air or airbone spreading from droplet infection. The goal of this research is to learn and understood deeply about family nursing care disfungsional of healty care which family member has tuberculosis in work area of Pucang Sewu Surabaya local government clinic. Method is used in this research is study case with family nursing with take one case is tuberculosis. Analise unit is two family who one of both is infected tuberculosis diseas with new case and drop out case. According to discussion analyse, is get conclusion is assesment step is get that tuberculosis who infected to case 1 and case 2 different on age and their family development step. Main nurse diagnosis to both of same case is disfungsional of healty care that relation with uncapability of the family to treat the unit family who get sick. Planning not get any obstacle in nurse action planning. Implementation is doing adjust with the planning that was arrenged and evaluated that show the problem was solved adjust time schedule had arrangement. Hope for local healthy staff can upgrade the prevention and networking that more tightly to tuberculosis medical patient who have not detect on that local area in order to the medical patient of tuberculosis get the appropriate medecinal treatment
