Asuhan Keperawatan Resiko Peningkartan Tekanan Intrakranial Pada Klien dengan stroke Iskemik Di Ruang Anggrek RSUD dr. M. Soewandhie Surabaya

Stroke ischemic is disease caused by acute focal or global brain functional disorders that growing rapidly and causing death in the absence of vascular disease other than. The insidence has increased every years. Medical record of RSUD Dr. M. Soewandhie Surabaya on May, June and July 2013 indicates there are 10-13 patient/month. This study use a descriptive method with case study approach to nursing care that purposed to know nursing care risk for increased intracranial pressure of client with ischemic stroke in the Anggrek room RSUD Dr. M. Soewandhie Surabaya. The respondents are two people on client with stroke ischemic in Anggrek room of RSUD Dr. M. Soewandhie Surabaya. Data were collected by interview with format of nursing care, physical examination and supporting examination. The result obtained cause of stroke ischemic due to several factors, unhealthy lifestyle, heavy thoughts or stress and abnormalities in blood vessels. The primary diagnosis is risk of increased intracranial pressure. Interventions that have existed in theory can solve problems in real case, implementation is done suitable with intervention, and evaluation in both case can be resolved by predetermined outcome criteria. Advised for medical officers is improving the knowledge and management of stroke ischemic so bad prognosis can be overcome.
