Asuhan Keperawatan Keluarga Dengan Masalah Keperawatan Kurang Pengetahuan Pada Keluarga Yang Salah Satu Anggota Menderita Tuberkulosis Paru Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jagir Surabaya

Pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious diseased caused by the bacillus Mycobacterium mikrobakterium. Transmission of this diseased through a intermediary saliva or sputum containing bacilli patient pulmunary tuberkulosis. At time the patient coughs, grains of saliva into the air and inhaled by healthy people and get into the lungs which then causes pulmonary tuberculosis.
This study used a descriptive method to approach nursing care. The sample used was a 2 family members with Pulmonary Tuberculosis. Data collection instruments used formats nursing care in accordance with the applicable provisions in Nursing Campus Prodi Atopic Dermatitis. This study was conducted from April 10 May 2014-03 may 2014.
Based on the analysis we concluded the discussions of the factors that influence the development of the knowledge and attitudes of Tuberculosis. The first priority nursing diagnosis in case 1 and case 2 is less knowledge on family Pulmonary Tuberculosis associated with the inability of families to know the health problems. In planning nursing, lack of knowledge on the diagnosis of a family with Pulmonary Tuberculosis associated with the inability to recognize family health issues conducted according to the theory that provide knowledge to the family of Pulmonary Tuberculosis, understanding, modes of transmission, causes, signs and symptoms, treatment. The evaluation found that in case 1 and case 2 problems Less knowledge on both families has been reached.
The Healthy centers are expected to taked active role in providing health education about pulmonary tuberculosis so that all layers of the community learning more about Pulmonary Tuberculosis and can prevent the transmission of disease and pulmonary tuberculosis.
