Asuhan Keperawatan Gagguan Kebutuhan Nutrisi Kurang Dari Kebutuhan Tubuh Pada Pasien Dengan Diabetes Mellitus Di Ruang Sofa-Marwah Rumah Sakit Islam Surabaya

Diabetes mellitus is a group of disorders characterized by elevated levels of glucose in the blood (hyperglycemia). This research aims to understand the nutritional needs of nursing care less interference than the body needs in patients with diabetes mellitus in the space-Marwah Shofa Islamic Hospital Surabaya.
This research used a descriptive research method in the form of a case research approach to nursing care. The unit of analysis is the two patients with diabetes mellitus patients both old and new at the Islamic Hospital Surabaya who are willing to research respondents. Methods of data collection among others, by using interviews with the patient or the person in charge of the patient, using medical record, measurement of vital signs, general observation of the state of the client, the physical assessment.
Based on the discussion of the analysis we concluded that there are similarities subjective data of patients said the body weak and dizzy. At this stage of the assessment showed that the main complaint in diabetes mellitus is the most weak, other than that obtained random blood sugar test results (GDA)> 200 mg / dl. The nursing diagnoses that appear in the two cases, namely interference nutritional problem less than body requirements related to insulin deficiency. Evaluation of nursing in the case of 1 (one) the problem can be resolved within 6x24 hours and in the case of 2 (two) problems can be resolved within 4x24 hours.
Patients are expected to perform routine control and maintain health by making healthy lifestyle and family can work together in this regard while health workers can provide care for patients with diabetes mellitus cases with more intensive.
