Asuhan Keperawatan Resiko Syok Hipovolemik Pada Anak Usia 6-12 Tahun Dengan Demama Berdarah Dengue (DBD) Di Ruang Anak RSUD Dr. M. Soewandhie Surabaya
Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is an infectious disease commonly found in the society particularly in children. Each year the incidence is increasing as is found in Medical Records Dr. M. Soewandhie Surabaya Hospital which has average patient at three months of May, June, July 2013 was 15 patients per week. This research is a descriptive study with cross sectional approach in the form of case studies to purpose at implementing the nursing care risk for shock hypovolemic in children 6-12 years old with DHF in the Children care room of RSUD Dr. M. Soewandhie Surabaya. Respondents are two children who are hospitalized with DHF in the Children care room of RSUD. Dr. Mohammad Soewandhie Surabaya. The data collection method is to conduct interviews with the parents or the person in charge of the child, physical examination and supporting data. Data collection instruments used formats nursing care in Study Programs of Soetomo Nursing Campus. This study was conducted from October 2013 to August 2014 Based on analysis of the discussion of the obtained results, it was found that the assessment phase DBD suffered in case 1 and case 2 due to infection acquired arbovirus.Diagnosis nursing major risk for shock hypovolemic associated with hemorrhagic. Planning obtained that interventions that have existed in theory able to overcome the dengue problem in real cases in hospital. Implementations conducted in accordance with the plans that have been prepared and Evaluation obtained in the case. Expected for local health workers to continue to increase outreach to families of dengue so that the health of children increased, the family became more cooperative to treatment, can cope with early occurrence of dengue and can prevent the onset of the increase in the incidence of dengue fever in the community and in the Dr. Mohammad Soewandhie Surabaya Hospital.
