Stroke is a desease of abnormality from veins and artery that caused the patient get paralyzed, deformity in the phisic, memory, speak and also can caused death. Stroke mostly found at male above 40 years old. The paralyzed and the deformity in ekstremity offend the activity, and also can risk the trauma. This case study has a purpose to know how the family nursing care of traumatic risk on family with one of the family member post stroke ischemic in the region of Puskesmas Pucang Sewu Surabaya. In this case study, the author do family nursing care on two family that one of the family member post stroke ischemic. This case study begin with a study from the writer about stroke in the family, then make a proposal, ask the licence to take case study. The accumulation of data begin with assesment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, evaluation and also documentation. After have the family nursing care, the conclusion is in the family with one of family member post stroke ischemic can caused traumatic risk and the modification of the environment is important to prevent the traumatic risk. Because of that, the role of nursing care is important to solve the problem in the way to help the family modify the environment.
