Asuhan Keperawatan Keluarga Dengan Masalah Keperawatan Nyeri Kepela Pada Kasus Hipertensi Di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pucang Sewu Surabaya

Hypertension has become a big problem I the world, because the prevalence is high and likely icrease. This study aims to determine family nurshing care which one of members suffer from hypertension in the working area pucang sewu health center. This type of research is descriptive research in case control study design with nursing care approach, that consists of nurshing assesment, nursing diagnose, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. It uses minimal two families which one of the members suffer from hypertension and visits pucang sewu health center.
In nursing asessment, both of families are found complaint of head pain in the nape. Nursing diagnose is head pain related to inability of the family to know the health problems. Nursing implementations are teach non farmacology techniques to reduce the pain like warm compress on the forehead, massage in the back and neck, relaxatio method, and give health education about hypertension. The family has an important role in regulating food intake of patient like low salt diet, low cholesterols, high in fiber diets and medication obedience.
