Asuhan Keperawatan Dengan Masalah Kerusakan Integritas Jaringan Pada Pasien Diabetes Mellitus Dengan Gangren Di Ruang Bougenville RSUD dr. M. Soewandhie Surabaya

Diabetes Mellitus is one of the most serious health society problem. This research is purposed to learn nursing care with impaired tissue integrity problem on the patient Diabetes Mellitus Gangrene at Bougenville room RSUD dr. M. Soewandhie Surabaya. Research design use descriptive type with case study and nursing care approachment such as by nursing assesment, nursing diagnosis, nursing plan, implementation and evaluation. The subject of research is included by two patient at least.

Nursing assesment on both of patient with Diabetes Mellitus Gangrene are found a wound on foot. There are many nursing problem , one of them is impaired tissue integrity as a priority nursing diagnosis, and it’s implementation are wash the wound asepticly, avoid the bandage remains of the wound and necrotomy the debrises. Family have important contribution in management diet which is consumed by diabetes mellitus patient such as avoid to consume the sweetest food, sport regularly, avoid stress, check blood glucose regularly, and control in the nearest public health.
