Asuhan Keperawatan Dengan Masalah Gangguan Nutrisi Pada Klien Diabetes Melitus Di Ruang Dahlia RSUD Dr. Soegiri Lamongan

Diebetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder such as loss of tolerance of carbohydrates which are usually manifested by increased levels of blood glucose. This desease is often found in poeple who have genetic, unhealty eating patterns, obesity. This research aims to understand the nursing care with nutrition problem of diabetes melitus in Dahlia room on RSUD DR. Soegiri Lamongan.
This research used case study method with nursing care approachment. Its analysis unit is included by to client with diabetes melitus either man or women who are avaliable as respondent of research. Taking data method such us interview, physical examination and investigation. Data accumulation instrumen use nursing care form. This research start October 2013 until Juli 2014.
Based on the analysis its concluded of nutritional disorder with nursing diagnosis nutrition less than body requirements. In case A with etiology of knowledge defisit, while case B with etiology of nausea. Nurse care planning to control that problem are related with theories. Implementation is according to intervention that had been made. Evaluation of the problem both case A and case B are cleared for 3 days.
Hopefull for client, families and healt care are able to provide supervision and guidance to patient so that it can control blood glucose and complication won’t be appear. Expected to further research to examine the compliance of diabetic mellitus.
