Asuhan Keperawatan Dengan Masalah Keperawatan Bersihan Jalan Napas Tidak Efektif Pada Pasien Bronkopneumonia Di Ruang Anak Rumah Sakit Islam Jemursari Surabaya

Currently pneumonia still listed as a major health problem in pediatric in developing countries and is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in pediatric less than five years old (toddlers). This research aims to study and understand in depth about ineffective airway clearance of nursing care on pediatric with bronkopneumonia in children room Islamic Hospital of Jemursari Surabaya.
This research used case study by nursing care approach with one case as analysis unit. Analysis unit is pediatric with bronchopneumonia in children room Islamic Hospital of Jemursari Surabaya. Data collection was using interview, medical record, physical examination, and supporting checkup. Data collection instrument used nursing care format as prevailed in Department of Nursing Soetomo Campus. Data were analyzed descriptively.
Based on data analysis it is concluded that analysis need effective communication skill, nursing diagnosis is adapted with client condition, planning and implementation are supported by facility and tools that support, evaluation was performed directly both formative and summative.
Expected to be considered again for health workers to improve communication skills in providing health education and early detection of the occurrence of bronchopneumonia way to improve the health of children, especially in providing nursing care of children with bronchopneumonia that can hit the high mortality and morbidity in indonesian infants
